After the earthquake, how to help ourselves

When the disaster comes, not everyone can be avoided, when the earthquake happened, we must learn how to maintain our own lives. If you are buried under the ruins of a long, rescue workers less, or not heard distress signal, and finding ways to maintain their own lives, to try to find food and water, if necessary, can also play a thirst-quenching effect of urine.

When the earthquake occurred, life and death is often just a moment. Although earthquakes are inevitable and controlled by humans, but as long as learning and have some knowledge of earthquake shock, when an earthquake comes, we will be able to disaster losses and casualties to a minimum.
