Twelve adult movie stars gathered on Saturday in Kabukicho, Shinjuku district of Tokyo for the "Stop AIDS!" campaign, which attracts thousands of people and make contributions to activities.

Following last year’s successful event, 24-Hour TV: Eroticism Saves the Earth is back, including the popular squeeze-a-thon event where members of the public make charity donations for the chance to touch the breasts of porn actresses.
Rina Serino is one of the nine sexy JAV stars baring their beautiful chests for charity and letting random men grope them for a good cause, organized by SKY PerfecTV!.
All visitors have to show ID to prove their age, donate ¥1,000 to charity and sanitize their hands before they get their hands on the girls’ breasts. You are allowed to fondle each star’s breasts once.
Technically, as the squeeze-a-thon is televised, you are legally an “extra” in the TV show and so have to sign a release.
The event, which has happened every year for over a decade now, is taking place on August 30th and 31st at a venue in Kabukicho, Shinjuku. There are numerous other events during the 24-hour charity drive.
The money raised goes to the Japan Foundation for AIDS Prevention.
